DDDirectory

License Agreement

Kindly read the following terms and conditions before purchasing this product. Purchase of the DDDirectory indicates acceptance by the registered user of this license agreement.

Governing law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Grant of license: One licensed copy of the DDDirectory is granted with each purchase. For each additional user, a separate license is required. Registered users may not give non-license holders access to or permission to use the DDDirectory. Registered users may not resell or distribute the DDDirectory. All copyright notices must remain intact.

Ownership: OFC retains title and ownership of the DDDirectory. This license is not a sale of the original software or any copy thereof. Although registered users may copy selected pages of the DDDirectory for their internal use, they may not alter or remove the copyright notices or source identification footers. In addition, by using the DDDirectory, registered users agree that the DDDirectory may not be sold or in any way re-used or licensed without the express written consent of OFC.

Revocation: If this agreement is violated in any manner, the license may be revoked at the discretion of OFC, at any time. There are no refunds given for revoked licenses. Revocation of a license is at the sole discretion of OFC. The registered user consents that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement concerning the subject matter of the agreement between OFC and the registered user.

Limit of liability: OFC is not, and will not, be held liable for any conduct associated with use by the registered user of the DDDirectory. The registered user must assume the entire risk of using the DDDirectory. OFC is not to be held, and will not accept, any liability for any damages, direct or consequential, resulting from the use of the DDDirectory. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of stored data or loss of operational capability of the associated hardware and software systems.

Refund policy: Refunds are given within 10 days after purchase, if the DDDirectory does not work in a similar fashion to the product demo. The customer is responsible for determining if the product is suitable by using the product demo.
